义乌XX进出口有限公司合作sedex验厂，本次主要由王老师进行辅导工作。咨询老师与工厂的相关人员一起整合工厂所有相关的信息，确认清楚工厂的现状，针对工厂状况设计最为合理及成本最优化的方案。针对方案设计进行相应的有效整改措施在落实过程中出现的问题，进行适当修订；对落实过程碰到可以再优化的点，进行进一步优化。全面按照落实完整改项目后，进行模拟验厂咨询，咨询老师审核当天陪同，全程跟进验厂咨询进度，对验厂咨询当天发生的意外情况进行有效处理。

3.Inaccurate Audits-The factory name/address information is not correct or up-to-date in BPM
不准确信息-工厂名称/地址等信息不准确或未及时更新
