Effective March 3rd, 2015, Wal Mart will convert the violation rating of Orange Fire Safety – Corrective Action Plan (OFS-CAP) to an Orange or Yellow rating according to the severity of findings in the assessment.

从2015/3/3 起，WM 将根据审核时发现的问题点把消防安全CAP 的结果转换成橙灯的结果或黄灯的结果

After this conversion, Orange ratings that used to be OFS-CAP ratings will be counted towards a factory’s Orange count.  Fire Safety violations currently assessed with an Orange Fire Safety-2 (OFS-2) rating will remain as OFS-2 until further notice:

转换过后，过去为消防安全CAP 的橙灯结果将计入橙灯数。消防安全2的消防违规目前仍维持消防安全2直到进一步通知： Per our normal protocol, any factory that accumulates three Orange ratings within a two year period will be placed in Red-Disapproved status for one year. No new orders can be placed with a factory in Red-Disapproved status.

根据政策，两年内取得3个橙灯的工厂将被纳入Red-Disapproved 状态一年。在该状态，工厂不能接新单。After the one-year Red-Disapproved period, a factory may apply for a re-audit. The factory is eligible to be considered for new orders if the re-audit assessment results in a Green or Yellow rating. If the re-audit assessment results in an Orange rating, the factory remains in Red-Disapproved status for another year.一年后，工厂可以申请重验。工厂需要取得绿灯或黄灯的结果才能接新单。如果重验结果仍为橙灯，工厂将再被保留Red-Disapproved 状态一年。

Also Wal Mart has combined the previously-shared Walmart Enhanced Fire Safety Training Module and the Auditor Instructions into a single document – the “Walmart Fire Safety Training Module for Suppliers, Factories and Auditors.” Attached files are for your information. Translations of the training module are currently being performed in the following languages and will be complete in early March 2015.
